Crush the Castle 2 is an artillery game with a fascinating twist: rather than simply hitting a simple target, your mission is to disassemble buildings and kill the people in them from long distance, using only a trebuchet and assorted logs, rocks, and other artillery and eventually some crazy stuff like jars full of electric eels!

The controls of Crush the Castle 2 are as simple as can be: click once to start the trebuchet swinging, click again to release the cargo. Watch it fly, watch it hit, and watch the structures start to fall. Every stage has a "par" which is a minimum number of shots to take to get a gold medal for that stage. Every few stages, you add another kind of ammo with different physics and effects.

Crush the Castle 2 has lots of accomplishments, such as killing a princess first or killing a jester first on any given stage. But the real gems here are the physics engine and the level editor. The physics engine allows for all kinds of nifty tricks using leverage and sympathetic vibration to destroy structures with surprisingly small changes and also allows for bombs that blow holes in whatever structural elements they hit. The level editor allows you to build your own complex contraptions to target with your various artillery.
